Terms and Conditions

1. General  
   These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Games and Services on www.qwin.io or any other platform provided by us. By using these services, you accept these Terms. We may change or update these terms, and you are responsible for staying informed.

2. Account Holder’s Obligations  
   You must be of legal age, comply with your local laws, and use the services solely for recreation. You are responsible for any taxes and ensuring that your funds do not originate from illegal sources. Fraud, collusion, and illegal activities are forbidden.

3. Software and Games  
   The software and games provided by QWIN are for personal use only, and users must behave respectfully. We reserve the right to limit or refuse bets.

4. Monetary Units  
   All monetary values on the website are represented in qwinB, with 1 BTC equal to 10,000 qwinB.

5. Player Account Registration  
   Registration is free, and only one account is allowed per user. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

6. Player Account Deposits  
   No credit will be extended to players. Deposited funds are kept separate from company funds for security.

7. Withdrawals  
   Withdrawals are made to your designated wallet. We may request identification documents for security purposes, and we follow international anti-money laundering (AML) laws.

8. Inactive Player Accounts  
   Accounts inactive for 24 months will be suspended. If no deposit is made within 6 months, the account will also be suspended.

9. Miscellaneous  
   Refunds or cancellations are not available once funds are drawn from your Player Account.

10. Bonuses and Promotions  
    Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses, and players must meet these before withdrawals can be made.

11. Closing Player Accounts  
    You can close your account by contacting customer support. The terms will be considered terminated upon account closure.

12. Disputes and Complaints  
    Complaints can be filed via customer service. Disputes not resolved within two weeks can be referred to an Alternative Dispute Resolution entity.

13. Aborted Games  
    QWIN is not liable for interruptions due to technical reasons, and bets will be void in case of system failures. Refunds will be issued in such cases.

14. Limitation of Liability  
    Your use of the website and services is at your own risk. We do not guarantee the software or services are free from errors or interruptions.

15. Termination  
    We reserve the right to close accounts and withhold winnings if the terms are breached.

16. Unenforceable Provisions  
    Any unenforceable provisions will be severed from the terms, and the rest will remain in effect.

17. AML/KYC  
    We follow strict anti-money laundering policies and may ask for additional identification. Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) are subject to further scrutiny.

18. Assignment  
    We may assign this agreement, but you may not.

19. Entire Agreement  
    These Terms represent the full agreement between you and QWIN.
