Bonus Terms and Conditions

1. Loyalty program

There exist 9 player statuses. The status depends on the amount of deposits made (only deposits of at least qwin₿ 10 are considered). The status affects the wager, maximum bets on slots, frequency of extra bonuses, as well as the amount of cashback bonuses.

2. Bonuses

You can be rewarded with a deposit bonus at a registration or already being a player in our casino. At any time you can refuse to recieve all or any single bonus in our casino, by contacting our customer support at support@qwin.io or by writing to our online chat. It's important you understand the terms of each bonus in which you will participate. This section includes general rules and conditions of using bonuses in our casino. In addition, each bonus may also have accompanying terms and conditions that will be provided to you when you accept the bonus offer.
Please make sure that you've carefully read all the rules and conditions related to bonuses.
Only one bonus can be used at a time.
The bonus has a condition on a wager - you need to make bets on the amount (bonus * wager), the wager value corresponds to the current status of the player
The interest of the bet that goes into the repayment of the bonus wager for different games may differ in different bonuses, but it will be specified in the rules for a specific bonus. Please read the rules for each bonus carefully.
Until the bonus condition is fulfilled, the withdrawal is blocked and new offers are not received.
Wagering a bonus there is a limit on the total bet in the game up to qwin₿ 5. Winning from games that exceed this limit will consequently be deducted from your Player Account.
Each bonus has a limit on winning equal to (bonus * payout ratio), the ratio depends on the status of the player.
As soon as the bonus is waged, the winnings are recalculated taking into account the betting limits and the maximum amount. If the limits are exceeded the difference is deducted from the account and the player recieves an email with calculation details.
Remaining funds in the account can be withdrawn.
If player’s balance falls below qwin₿ 0.01 the wagering conditions are considered fulfilled and the player gets the opportunity to withdraw money and receive new bonuses.
QWIN can change or cancel any bonus promotion in its sole discretion at any time.

2.1. Registration bonus

There is non deposit bonus of qwin₿ 10. If the promotion exists, registration bonus is provided immediately after registration.

2.2. Deposit bonus

Deposit bonus gets provided immediately after deposit as follows is paid:
    1-st deposit - 100%
    2-nd deposit - 50%
    3-rd deposit and every third extra deposit on - 50%

2.3. Cashback bonus

Cashback bonus starts from the AMATEUR status.
Cashback bonus is given only in case of deposits during last week (not less than qwin₿ 10), and only if player lost more than staked.
Bonus amount is calculated as a percentage (corresponding to the current status) of player’s loss or deposits, if the loss exceeds.
Bonuses received for the period are subtracted.
Minimum bonus value at least qwin₿ 5
Cashback bonus is given weekly.

2.4. Consolation bonus

Consolation bonus is given only in case of making deposits during the previous day (only deposits of not less than qwin₿ 10), and only in case the player has no funds on his balance.

Bonus has a wager and restrictions according to the current status of the player.
Bonus is given on expiry of the day at 00:00 UTC
QWIN has the right to cancel giving the consolation bonus at any time.

2.5. Gift bonuses

Active palyers are occasionally awarded with gift bonuses.
Amount and frequency of gift bonuses depends on player status.

3. Bonus rules

Bonus abuse includes, without any limits, the following:
    breaching Terms and Conditions of a bonus, cash bonus or other promotional offers;
    opening multiple accounts for recieving multiple bonuses;
    allowence to make bets for other people;

If there is reasonable suspicion or evidence that the player has violated these bonus terms by abusing them, personally or as part of a group, QWIN has the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings from the bonus, withdraw funds, block the player's access to certain products, exclude the player from any future promotions or close the Player Account immediately.
Should QWIN become aware of any player who has accepted the bonus or a promotion with sole purpose of creating a positive expected value on bonus return by using known practices aimed at securing a cash out of said bonus, then we will enforce the below mentioned actions and will enforce immediate exclusion from this and future promotions.
For sake of absolute clarity, we have individually identified named practices that we find abusive in relation to awarded bonuses:
    Player staking bets that have no or very minimal ability of return, with sole purpose of increasing their wagering volume with minimal loss/win expectancy, will be deemed advantage play and will result in immediate forfeit of the bonus, any bonus winnings and retaining of any real monies lost to the Casino in the process. A clear-cut example of such type of play would be a simultaneous wager on both black and red in roulette, or covering of the vast majority of the table. This condition is not limited to this example alone: any wager placed with obvious intent to achieve high bet volume with minimal win expectancy will be deemed abusive toward the offer.
    A player who wagers high value hands with the sole purpose of rapidly increasing bonus bankroll, then proceeds to drastically decrease their bet value(less than half) without having reasonably decreased their bankroll will be deemed to employing unnatural and advantageous betting patterns.
    Combinations of above: any player which is found employing a strategy by which they are placing high value bets while playing on any game with decreased bonus weight and then proceed to place bets in value of less than their current average bet while changing game to higher weighted games; such player will be immediately disqualified from a bonus and will face full enforcement of below mentioned actions.
Such cases may enforce below mentioned actions, but each case will be investigated and acted upon accordingly.
QWIN reserves the right to withdraw the bonus and all winnings if a withdrawal request is made before to meeting the wagering requirements. Winnings are allowed to be withdrawn/transferred only after wagering requirements have been met.

The use of methods, techniques or software which allow a player to gain an advantage over other players and/or the bonus system is prohibited and considered an abuse. All bonuses are for non-professional and entertainment purposes only.
By enabling a bonus or using bonus facilities for play, the player accepts and agrees with all the above Terms and Conditions and any other requirements or conditions specified in the promotional materials and the general Terms and Conditions.
